Certified Automotive is the Mayo Clinic of automotive repair. They are able to diagnose and fix problems that other shops miss. Not being "mechanically inclined" myself, it's nice to find a shop you can trust!

I took my daughters Cadillac to Randy they spent hours looking at the problem told me it was a timing chain kit issue. Then they showed me how honest they are told me it had an extended warranty. They were honest and fair could have told me it needed it and I would have never known. Larry Millers shop looked at it and told me it would cost $1500 to $2000, no mention of the warranty. Thanks guys you have my business.

I needed new tires and a new driver side axle for my '03 BMW 325xi. Made an appointment Thursday, brought the car in on Friday, and they had it back to me in less than 4 hours! The staff was also extremely nice and very helpful.
