The two gentlemen at the front desks were very outgoing and handled giving us an appointment in a thorough and businesslike manner. The day our car was serviced we couldn't have been more pleased. They asked all the pertinent questions, and told us exactly what they were going to do. The service was much faster than we had expected and the price was very affordable. We give them a 10; and we have already recommended them to our neighbor!!

Having a fleet of vans for our company I have found that service with Certified Automotive is simple and straightforward I can submit a vehicle for repairs and know that they will check off all the boxes and when the vehicle is ready for pick up it's not only completed but they look for things to address prior to issue has a chance to start. Example: I was so surprised for the most simple thing which means so much, I took a van in for repairs and when I got it back they had registered it for the new year with its Tags. Jeff and the team were amazing! I’m in town from Vegas and had a service warning light message that made me very concerned to drive back to Vegas. The shop was busy however Jeff understood how concerned I was and agreed to look at my car. They diagnosed the message, checked out the issue and informed me that I would be okay to drive back to Vegas. I am so impressed with the honesty, service and quality.

Honest diagnosis and prompt service. Jeff and team were always very clear and communicative about the entire process of working on my car. In addition, all repairs were reasonably priced.

The mechanic checked and double checked to be sure the repair corrected the problem I was having. They explained to me, in detail, what they're doing and why. Some of the parts that needed replacing were free to me, since Certified Automotive had installed them in a previous repair and had placed them under a warranty.
