Had an amazing experience with certified automotive. Called on Monday December 22 and they were able to get my car in the next day. A couple of hours after I dropped off my car, they were able to determine what was wrong with it and had my car back to me by the afternoon that same day. Brian, the owner, was gracious enough to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car for them to check out. Thanks so much certified automotive. Will definitely be coming back for all my vehicle repairs and needs.

I have been using this shop exclusively for several years after getting totally scammed by a well-known area-dealership. The difference couldn’t be starker. This place is honest, thorough and incredibly capable. But let’s talk about CustomerService—cus theirs is Top-Notch. Richard is a professional expert, straight-shooter, does what he says he’s gonna do (including following up), and generally seems to keep the whole operation running smooth and purring like a kitten. I would recommend this shop to anyone—including my sister or my mother.

These guys were incredibly efficient and helpful. I had a nearby car dealer take a used car in here to get inspected before purchasing. Austin from Certified Automotive was in close contact throughout the whole process, personally did the inspection, and followed up right after. Been going here for about 9 years now with several different cars. These guys are great. Honest and very timely. They let you know ahead of time what you need and/or don't really need before doing it. Highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle in for maintenance inspection and an oil change . I had to have the rear brakes and master cylinder replaced. The service was done in a timely manner and the workmanship was very well done.
