Certified Automotive was fantastic to work with. I had a problematic car and exhausted the options that I could do myself. The conducted an diagnostic shared with me the results and then worked with me to find the most cost effective solution. The engine had a dead cylinder and they went the extra mile exploring the best and most cost effective way to resolve the problem. In the end I will need to replace the engine, however I know they exhausted all the options before coming to this conclusion and they did not charge an arm and leg on diagnostic fees. Definitely won my future business.

The two gentlemen at the front desks were very outgoing and handled giving us an appointment in a thorough and businesslike manner. The day our car was serviced we couldn't have been more pleased. They asked all the pertinent questions, and told us exactly what they were going to do. The service was much faster than we had expected and the price was very affordable. We give them a 10; and we have already recommended them to our neighbor!!
