Salt Lake City auto repair

The mechanic checked and double checked to be sure the repair corrected the problem I was having. They explained to me, in detail, what they're doing and why. Some of the parts that needed replacing were free to me, since Certified Automotive had installed them in a previous repair and had placed them under a warranty.

Has always provided great and competent service. I have used them for years.

Always a positive experience and I promise you I have never said that about a mechanic. They're quick, accommodating, honest, and generous. Cannot recommend this shop more.

It’s definitely one of the best shops in town! It’s kinda like the old days when a hand shake actually meant something. They don’t work off commission like BIG O … do more then you asked! And/ or here is YOUR bill BS! They use Napa parts( good parts) maybe seems expensive, but you get a piece of mind with labor and warranty! Easy to talk to and very understanding what you can afford right off the invoice. Plus they told me about bolds missing… that downtown Subaru pulled out the motor and forgot to put back bolts in the transmission/ clutch when they did a recall on my car! ( and all the plastic buttons/ screws for air intake) Ands that’s probably why I needed to get my clutch done! Awesome place! Thanks guys

As long as I'm in Utah, I'll be coming here for my auto needs. They seem honest and upfront about what really needs to be done versus what can wait, without any added fluff or overselling.
