The people at Certified Automotive were very helpful and courteous. The waiting room was very comfy and they provided free waters making to wait (which was shorter than an anticipated) very enjoyable.

My car was diagnosed with a broken engine. I wanted a second review so I called Certified Automotive. They are AAA approved and near by and had good reviews so I went. I am very pleased with the service they provided. I called them and told them my dilemma. They were very helpful on the phone and told me what tests they were going to run and how much it would cost right there on the phone. They also suggested I include a detailed description of the symptoms so when the checked it out they had more information. I had my car towed there just after hours. Keith was just about to go home for the weekend but noticed I was sitting in my other car waiting for the town truck to bring my car. He came over and brought me a bottle of water and helped me with the key drop box. They ended up not charging me anything for the diagnostic (it was majorly broken), and held my car until I could get it sold for scrap. Their customer service never wavered. I will be coming back to them because I felt that they explained everything to me clearly and precisely and answered all my questions in a way I could understand.

I have dealt directly with Keith at certified automotive on numerous occasions and every time he goes above and beyond with his work. If you need an oil change or even a new engine these guys will get it done at a extremely reasonable price!

They were very honest people. I had my transmission and radiator go out, they gave a free inspection and quoted me the repairs. I didn't end up repairing the car, but if I did I would definitely be back.
