Superb customer service. Richard and the other guy were very friendly and willing to share information with me. I bought an Amazon local voucher for an emission test and safety inspection. When I got there, they told me any 2012 vehicles won't need either of those. I felt bad wasting their time but I appreciated how kind and friendly they are. They have a full mechanic shop and I will definitely consider them whenever I need maintenance or repair. Highly recommended! PS: at the time of this review, Google map has these guys' address wrong. The written address (West temple) is right but when you use maps (the app), it shows you two blocks to the east, which is on state street.

The best place to get your car serviced, no question. I've been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience plus they offer free shuttle service which is just so convenient. Thanks Certified Auto, you guys rock!

I have been a LOYAL Certified Auto customer for over 20 years. And when Gene and Randy retired, I thought the new owners would FAIL, as many "take over" ownerships do in this type of business. I gave these guys a chance, and they have NOT disappointed me at all. They may charge more than other shops, but you get what you pay for these days, and they stand by their work, just as Gene and Randy did for over 30 years!

I have been a long time customer of Certified Automotive. They always deliver the best possible service and solutions. They stand by their repairs. Which is the true test of a quality repair shop. There are other shops that might promise quality and low cost, however when you have questions or issues they don't want to stand by their repairs or they will charge you again. Certified Automotive takes the time to explain repairs and risks associated with the choices you make.

Great service. I have never had a bad experience at Certified. I tell anyone needing car service to go to Certified with confidence. Not the cheapest, but that is not a bad thing. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality service.
