Always on time, do great work. My car has not let me down in 9 years because of their care and extra checks that they give me. Their program may cost more, but I have never had to worry about breaking down or getting stranded.

I had taken my truck to a number of different places to diagnose a loud popping sound that was coming from my front end when I would turn the wheels and NO ONE could figure it out. Took it into Certified and was surprised when they told me they figured it out and more surprised when they told me it was just a bolt that needed to be tightened! These guys seem like honest guys who know what they are doing and I was impressed with the work and the customer service. I'll be going back again.
