I am happy to say I have finally found a reliable and efficient auto repair shop! Certified Automotive has restored my faith that there is at last mechanics that truely care about the customer and their concerns! I am happy to say I now a lifelong loyal customer!

I'm a new customer to Certified Automotive and found the people there to be honest, educated and proficient at what they do. I will defenitely make them my go to place for auto repairs and maintenance. And will recommend family and friends to do the same. When you find a mechanic that you feel treats you right its easy to go back.

After being a loyal customer for 18 years I will never take my car anywhere else. The couple of times that I did go elsewhere to save a little bit of $, I have completely regretted it. When I go to Certified I know that honest quality work will be completed on my car. Anyone that receives the 'Certified experience' will never want to go anywhere else.

I love Certified Automotive! They are very helpful, yet honest. I went in just for a safety and emissions test, but they did a free inspection, but didn't pressure me to spend any more money than I was comfortable doing. They even called me a few days later to make sure my car was working just fine after my appointment with them. They have fantastic customer and employees who work there. I definitely recommend them!

Been taking my vehicles there for 20 years. They do great work and back up everything they do. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, options, repair costs, down time, and with no spin!

Woke up to not being able to start my car. Randy was so helpful in helping me contact a towing company to jump my battery but I didn't know if the problem was my battery or alternator. The Certified Automotive team spent the time to determine that I did need a new battery. Great service, as always.

I always have a great experience at Certified Auto. I do not have to wait for my very often, but having the emmissions done was one. it is comfortable and quiet and I get to visit with my old friends.I have been going there a very long time. I am very impressed with their work ethics and great work they do.
