"Goodwork" They did good work and were easy to work with.

"Great service" I had a great experience and the only things keeping me from giving 5 stars was that the window sticker had me down to come back in 5,000 miles but I had synthetic oil. Also, they still charged me for an hours work on my cruise control when they told me it was a quick diagnosis and fix.

"Great service - saved me money" The technician was able to save me money by reusing a perfectly good part instead of ordering a new one.

"Great communication!" The staff always communicated with me and kept me inform of their service. Great customer service!

Best automotive shop in the Salt Lake Valley. The service team and techs are the best :)if you are looking for the best auto shop then this is it! They have a free shuttle service and also have an after hours drop box.... Call and ask for Richard he is the service manager.

These guys are awesome! My SUV overheated on I-15 and I barely made it to another mechanic. When they couldn't find the problem I found Certified Automotive was near by on my phone, and went there. They saw right away I was in a tough spot and gave me a discount on my diagnostic. They found the problem in about really fast, which didn't end up being too bad, and quickly made the repair. They explained plainly what the problem was, which as someone who doesn't know a ton about cars was really great. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I lived in the Salt Lake valley (I'm from Provo) they would defiantly become my mechanic.

Superb customer service. Richard and the other guy were very friendly and willing to share information with me. I bought an Amazon local voucher for an emission test and safety inspection. When I got there, they told me any 2012 vehicles won't need either of those. I felt bad wasting their time but I appreciated how kind and friendly they are. They have a full mechanic shop and I will definitely consider them whenever I need maintenance or repair. Highly recommended! PS: at the time of this review, Google map has these guys' address wrong. The written address (West temple) is right but when you use maps (the app), it shows you two blocks to the east, which is on state street.

I don't leave reviews very often but Certified Automotive did an amazing job for me and my Toyota Corrolla. They are trustworthy and give realistic timeline expectations. Oh and the shuttle service was probably my favorite so I didn't have to wait around while my car got fixed. Thanks Certified Automotive!

Stopped in for a safety check. I heard about them from Groupon; did not buy, but they gave me the same deal onsite. They quickly got my car into the garage and tool care of me. Get an oil change while I was there; in and out in 30 min. The guys in the shop were very friendly, answered questions, and took care of my service. Though my service was pretty routine, I would feel good about returning if I needed additional services. They found a couple of other things that will need service at some point. Got some time; no high pressure to do the work. Fair and honest, and a good experience for my first time in.
