Fast, efficient and friendly. But the thing I liked the best was they told me what else needed attention and about when I needed it done instead of the typical now is the time. This way I can plan the repairs . These guys value relationships over the long term instead of gouging you now- that I appreciate and will return.

Went in to fix a bent rim and the service was amazing! They went to the junk yard for me to replace the rim and fixed it within 3 hours! 10-10 would go again.

Certified Auto is awesome. All the people are experts & very good at what they do. I have been going to them for about 30 years. I would not go anywhere else.

They seemed knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I went in for a tire rotation and alignment after working on the rear shocks and ended up not needing the alignment. They brought me a pretty well laid out alignment diagram after checking it to show me exactly what the car's current alignment was. I plan on going back after doing my front struts.
