Salt Lake City auto repair

My first time not doing service at a dealership. It is nice to not get charged for things that don't need to be done.

My car was dead and I needed to get to work. Everyone I encountered was so helpful, polite, and friendly. They also were very prompt and diligent when it came to letting me know their progress on my car and the cost. I will definitely go back!

We were on vacation and had spent the night at a hotel down the street. We went to the car the next morning with plans to head to Idaho and found the check engine light on. I got on the AAA website to find a AAA approved car repair shop and Certified Automotive was the first one on the list. I called and Richard said to bring it right in and he would check it out. They ran the diagnostics and said a solenoid valve needed to be replaced. We trusted Richard, had the repairs done and we were on the road within 3 hours. We did not have any more problems all the way to Georgia. We were so pleased and thankful for someone that we felt we could trust.

Huge thanks to Richard and the Certified Automotive team for giving my car a thorough inspection and giving me their honest opinion about what needed to be fixed immediately and what to get fixed in the near future. I will definitely be coming back for a tune up. These guys are great!

Great place to take your vehicle for all your needs. I found these guys a couple years ago and have been very happy and pleased since. I won’t take my vehicles back to the dealership, today was great , we planned a later appointment in the day because of other appointments but those appointments either were cancelled or went fast we called and asked if we could come earlier as we live out of town they said come on in and as soon as we arrive took the car right in!
