Richard worked with me to find the most economical fix for our high-mileage Toyota Prius in a way that was very acceptable to our budget. The staff were very responsive, scheduled the repair promptly, and the in-shop time was just a little less than what they anticipated. As a customer, this was an easy and not too expensive a repair for something that would have been well-over twice the amount and significantly more time through the dealer. Great service!, and very professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend Certified Auto for their very efficient repair service.

I made an appt. to have the transmission fluid changed in my 2012 Prius. I was impressed by how clean the shop was and the candor of the employees that checked me in. My cost was quoted at about $240, but came in about $100 less because there was no need to flush the transmission repeatedly. They could have very easily just went with their original statement and collected the $240, but they were honest and as a result, in my mind, got a deal. I will definitely be going back to Certified Automotive and will refer friends and family.
