Called to get info on a used car inspection and they quickly et me know the price and time it would take to complete. Richard was awesome and even able fit me in last minute that same day for the Inspection! He helped me check the value for the car and determine a fair price to ask the dealer to accommodate due to some needed repairs. Being a fan of Toyotas, I really trust their expertise in this type of car at certified automotive. I’m thankful for this small business and their friendly service every time.

Amazing service... again! They fit me in same day, made sure they got parts in before having me take my vehicle over, and got the work done faster than I've had oil changes & tire rotations at other shops. They always are upfront about costs and I never feel condescended or talked down to.

I had a used car inspection done here for a vehicle I wanted to purchase. They were able to schedule on super short notice and they did a thorough inspection. After the inspection it was found that the car needed $2500 in repairs so I decided not to buy it. Super helpful and definitely worth the money! Update I have been using certified automotive for over a year and they’re amazing! I’m happy my cars are in their hands 🙌

Certified is the best auto shop I've ever gone to.They'll get it done in a timely fashion,they'll work with you insurance company and they always get it done right.I'm never gone anyplace else but Certified!

While visiting family, I had my car towed there for an engine oil filter issue. They were very professional and took care of my car right away. Replaced the defective part with a new factory filter and refilled the crankcase with new oil since I lost most of my oil on the ground. They checked for engine damage and found no issues other than to recommend replacing the filler plug which they did at no additional charge.

Noise / vibration coming from under vehicle. After diagnostics determined it was bad rear wheel bearing. This problem had been driving me crazy and the mechanic found it and repaired it. Excellent work and friendly. Would definitely recommend their service.
