The staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The environment is well-thought out with the customer in mind. The waiting room has beverages, entertainment and wi-fi along with plenty of seating. The team kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle and offered options for resolving the issues. Everything was explained to me and my overall impression is that these are good people. The price was fair and I never felt pressured. They gave me a ride back to my home and the vehicle was ready the next day -- earlier than I expected -- and the repair was less in-depth than they originally thought.
