Repairs completed in a timely way. Staff are conscientious and professional.

I have an older vehicle, and some of the parts are no longer available. The mechanics had the means to do the repair by machining the components that they needed. They always take the time to answer my questions completely. I am a worrier, and they're patient and considerate. I have reason to hope that my vehicle will continue to serve me for awhile longer, because of their expert care.

I just came in for routine emissions testing and On-the-Spot registration renewal… no appointment needed; I was able to just walk in, get my paperwork started, and everything was done in about 15-20 minutes. The staff was amiable and efficient, and the whole process went smoothly. I’ve used Certified Auto before for emissions, and once my car is off-warranty, I’m sure I’ll come back for any other issues I might have

First of all I would like to day that I used Certified Automotive due to a free oil change certificate that I received when I purchased a new vehicle. They did a tremendous job. As I was a new customer they did a multi point inspection of the vehicle for free, which I really appreciated. They did find a couple of things during the inspection that needed attention, so they actually talked to me about what needed to be done, prior to them doing the work. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Certified Automotive did a great job, and I will be returning with my other vehicles when they need to be serviced.

My vehicle was in for routine oil change and during the technician’s routine checks he found that the wheel bearings on one side were very worn which could have resulted in a big problem.. I appreciate the routine checks that are done as part of the oil change ..many times impending problems are found before they become major issues.
