Took the Dodge Journey in for some overdue maintenance services. Automatic transmission fluid and filter change, coolant flush and change, and serpentine belt change. Finished the job in half a day. Vehicle runs like new now. Thanks for the best customer service and mechanic work!

Jeff from certified auto was very helpful when my car broke down and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide guidance on next best steps. While I was trying to figure out how to get my car out of the lot, he allowed some time for me to figure this out. He was accessible over the phone when I had questions. Finally, he was gracious enough to provide me a ride home (while awaiting diagnostics) and also waive the diagnostic fee in this instance which definitely helped with the pain of a broken car. I would recommend certified auto's professional and trustworthy expertise to my friends/family in the future and would certainly come back.

They were great! 4runner suddenly started making noise while in 4wd a couple of days before a road trip and they worked me into their schedule to diagnose the issue. They let me be part of the diagnostics to see exactly what risk I would be taking on the trip. Lubed a few things, showed me exactly what was going on and gave me peace of mind that the issue was not urgent and I would be fine on the trip. So highly recommend this shop!
