We had a sudden issue with our car, which was luckily covered by CarMax extended warranty. I called a few certified places but wasn't particularly happy with their initial impression. Luckily Certified Automotive was next on the list. From the very first moment, everything was just perfect. I was able to get the car towed right away, they were able to offer me an appointment the same day and were able to replace the water pump within 24 hours (even earlier as originally estimated). Communication was excellent, I was always able to reach someone right away and was even able to text with Richard, who kept me in the loop about what's going on with my car. Picking up was quick and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our car.

This was a great experience at Certified Automotive. Jeff and the rest of the team were so professional and efficient, not to mention friendly! I was in and out of there in no time. This shop has a family owned feeling. While waiting, the staff interacted with each other with respect and humor. It was very obvious that the employees enjoy not only the clients but each other too. Nothing but amazing things to say! I was told by another auto shop that I needed my timing belt replaced and my brakes done. I called 2 other shops and was told the same thing as well. Right when I called Certified Automotive they informed me that my Acura doesn't even have a timing belt, only a chain. I ended up calling Acura and they verified that my car indeed didn't have a belt. This saved me over $1,000 and they were the only shop that was honest and knowledgeable! I'll be honest, I don't know 💩about cars, but they didn't take advantage of that (which is a big deal). Additionally, they gave me the best price out of all the shops I called on replacing my brakes. I was able to make an appointment for the next day over the phone. They called me multiple times to give me an update on my car. When I arrived to get my car they were extremely kind and helpful. Their building is also very clean and organized. This place is honest and offers great pricing! I will definitely be back again and will recommend this place to anyone.
