Far and away the best auto service center I have ever visited. They were extremely patient and thorough and individually detailed all of the charges and work - and were not pushy. They certainly care about the customer and your car. The prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of work I had done, plus they have a 24k mile warranty - I have never been offered that anywhere else. I won't be going anywhere else for service.

Not knowledgeable at all. Doesn't even know what American Auto Shield is. The guy wasn't very nice About it either

Really nice people! Certified Automotive went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. The tech who did the diagnostic discovered my problem was one that could be solved with a Toyota recall, organized everything and had my car alive again in a few days. I would highly recommend and definitely reach out to them again.

I took in my 2008 F-250 due to the check engine light being on. Not only did they find the problem The also did a free 37 point courtesy inspection and let me know what other items needed attention. They only did the repairs I authorized and there was no pressure to do any of the other recommended repairs. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the price to do the repairs was reasonable. I will definitely be bring all of my vehicles back again.

Richard and his team are excellent. They really know their stuff, are thorough and have great pricing. They’re easy to work with and get the repairs done quickly.

Certified Automotive installed a used hybrid battery in my older model vehicle. They were efficient, honest and competent. From my initial call to them, they made the process so smooth and their fee was very reasonable. This is a trustworthy business and I would definitely return for future service.

The people at Certified Automotive were very helpful and courteous. The waiting room was very comfy and they provided free waters making to wait (which was shorter than an anticipated) very enjoyable.
