Warm, friendly staff... helped me out with some questions and when I have a real problem - I'll trust them to get the job done.

Love this company. They know what they're doing and always get me in for emergencies.

I have dealt directly with Keith at certified automotive on numerous occasions and every time he goes above and beyond with his work. If you need an oil change or even a new engine these guys will get it done at a extremely reasonable price!

They were very honest people. I had my transmission and radiator go out, they gave a free inspection and quoted me the repairs. I didn't end up repairing the car, but if I did I would definitely be back.

No one goes to an auto repair shop because they want to. They go because they HAVE to. This place really helps make the best out of an unpleasant situation. Certified Automotive makes it so that your life doesn't have to stop just because your car does. They are really quick to get into and have a nice clean shop. They are super organized and take a lot of the hassle out of needing a car repair. Today they even drove me to an appointment while my car was being fixed. They are friendly and helpful and very accommodating. I am really impressed with the people I interacted with today at CA and I will be bringing all my future car repair needs to them. Had some car problems while visiting the area and no other reputable shop could even fit me in for an inspection. The guys at Certified were more than happy to make time to help me out. 1,000 miles later here I sit, at home in Seattle without any further issues. Friendly professional service, very accommodating staff, reasonable rates, skilled and knowledgable techs, and above all else they are HONEST. Can't imagine a better experience taking my car to the shop. Highly recommended.
