I was not happy with this place. I thought they'd be good based on the reviews. All in all I spent $300 plus just for them to tell me that "it could be this or it could be that and they didn't really know. Also they made me pay for the registration for my car that they knew wouldn't pass emissions testing. I'm never gonna see that money again. Horrible experience.
Hi Daniel we are very saddened by your experience with us. There is a emissions one time lifetime wavier from Salt Lake County Health Department for vehicles that will not pass emissions. The County requires us to run an emissions test first and have a failed test then they require you to spend at least $450 to try and pass emissions. The vehicle has to show some progress to get the waiver. Also your vehicles registration was expired you needed a 15 day temporary permit to legally drive on the road. The State of Utah requires the you pay the registration fee and a $6 fee for the permit. We have no choice in the fee it is a State requirement.
