I have been fortunate to have been referred to Certified Automotive by a friend. The experience was as easy as having a warped engine head could be. They kept me informed as the work was completed. I was passing through town driving my kid to university and needed a quick re-charge of my AC. They took me immediately, explained the potentialities of going with a simple re-charge rather than a diagnostic of my system, all in a very friendly and understanding way. They did not pressure me to decide one way or another. They performed the re-charge service in 45 minutes. I am back on the road and all is well. If I am ever passing through SLC again and need work on my car, I will go there again. For sure.
