Very friendly people and very professional. It was easy to get an appointment and they diagnose the problem with my car very quickly and at a reasonable price.
Took car in for emission test and 36- point inspection. Work completed in less than an hour while I waited. I trust Certified Automotive to be fair and reasonable. When the inspection turns up major or minor problems, Richard and Jeff always confer with the customer before having the work done. I have been taking my two Toyota cars to them for many years without being disappointed. .
