Good service!

I brought my car in for AC service and was impressed from the initial phone call. Jeff took excellent care of me and was great at explaining everything. I received a quote from another shop that was $200 more than what they charged. I felt completely comfortable with what they did and charged. Certified Auto will be the only place I take my car to from now on.

Driving cross country, i suddenly experienced some issues with my hybrid battery. Jeff at Certified Automotive was the only shop out of 10+ that I called who took the time to help talk over the issue, explain possible solutions, and help in any way possible. We scheduled an appointment, but ended up canceling as the issue ended up being covered under Toyota warranty. Regardless, Jeff had absolutely excellent customer service and immediately set me at ease.

It was easy to make an appointment and they were very quick and looking at my car and letting me know what was wrong. They were very friendly and helpful

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and give you information in a straight forward manner. They are very honest and very fair. They gave me recommendations to take my car to the dealership rather than having them do it so I could save money. It's refreshing to find a team with integrity. Thank you.
